Welcome to Crafty Charms Studio LLC ("Crafty Charms Studio", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Our Products

Crafty Charms Studio designs and manufactures custom and handmade products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Charms

  • Keychains

  • Cake Toppers

  • Decorative Signs

  • Beads

  • Carabiners

  • Accessories

  • 3D printed creations

  • Seasonal and personalized products

Because many items are handmade or made to order, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or dimensions may occur.

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Personalized Orders

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • spelling

  • names

  • dates

  • initials

  • colors selected

  • customization details submitted

Once production begins, personalized orders cannot be modified.

Crafty Charms Studio is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling mistakes or incorrect personalization information.

3. Handmade Nature

Every item is individually produced.

Minor differences between photos and finished products may occur due to:

  • lighting

  • monitor settings

  • filament batches

  • handmade finishing

  • production process

These differences do not qualify as defects.

4. Order Processing

Processing time depends on:

  • order size

  • customization

  • production queue

  • holidays

  • high demand seasons

Estimated processing times are displayed before checkout whenever possible.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

5. Shipping

Once your package has been delivered to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include photos of:

    • Shipping box

    • Shipping label

    • Damaged product

We will evaluate each situation individually.

Lost packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier whenever tracking confirms shipment.

7. Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Personalized items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom names

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

Non-personalized products may qualify for returns within our Return Policy.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

9. Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing mistake is discovered before shipment, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

10. Payments

We currently accept payment through approved payment providers available during checkout, including Stripe and any additional payment methods offered on our website.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

11. Intellectual Property

All:

  • Designs

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Product concepts

  • Photographs

  • Graphics

  • Descriptions

  • Branding

Remain the exclusive property of Crafty Charms Studio LLC.

No content may be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, or commercially used without written permission.

12. Product Photos

Product photos are intended to represent the final item as accurately as possible.

Actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and manufacturing variations.

13. Limitation of Liability

Crafty Charms Studio LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Delayed deliveries caused by third parties

  • Misuse of products after delivery

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

14. Product Safety

Some products contain small parts.

They are not intended for children under three (3) years of age.

Adult supervision is recommended whenever applicable.

15. Website Accuracy

We strive to keep all information accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, availability, or images are always free from errors.

We reserve the right to correct mistakes at any time.

16. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We never sell customer personal information.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Florida.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Crafty Charms Studio LLC before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide all available documentation, including order details, customization information, shipping confirmation, delivery tracking, customer communications, and any other supporting evidence.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.

20. Right to Refuse Service

Crafty Charms Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Abusive behavior

  • Inaccurate information

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Product availability

  • Pricing errors

21. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Crafty Charms Studio LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.

22. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Crafty Charms Studio LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Crafty Charms Studio LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Supplier shortages

24. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, color, design, or collection without prior notice.

25. Design Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original designs, artwork, product concepts, digital files, and creative content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Crafty Charms Studio LLC.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any design rights.

26. Customer Submitted Content

Customers who provide logos, photographs, artwork, names, or other materials confirm that they own or have permission to use such content.

Crafty Charms Studio LLC assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted materials.

27. Commercial Use

Products purchased from Crafty Charms Studio LLC are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our products, designs, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, resold under another brand, or commercially distributed without prior written authorization.

28. Limited Warranty

Except as required by applicable law, all products are provided "AS IS" without additional warranties of any kind.

Crafty Charms Studio LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

29. Electronic Communications

By placing an order, customers consent to receive electronic communications regarding their purchases, including order confirmations, invoices, shipping updates, customer support responses, and other service-related communications.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Crafty Charms Studio LLC regarding the use of this website and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
