Processing time begins after payment has been successfully received and does not include shipping time.

Crafty Charms Studio LLC is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Failure to claim the package

  • Delivery issues caused by the customer

may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

If tracking confirms delivery, Crafty Charms Studio LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the shipping label

We will review your request and work with you to determine the most appropriate solution.

9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Brokerage fees

  • Government charges

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
