Returns & Refund Policy

At Crafty Charms Studio LLC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, our return and refund policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Personalized Products
All personalized, customized, or made-to-order products are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom Charms
Personalized Keychains
Custom Cake Toppers
Personalized Signs
Name Products
Custom 3D Printed Designs
Special Order Items
These products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
2. Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
Be unused.
Be in their original condition.
Include original packaging whenever possible.
Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
Your order number.
Photos of the damaged product.
Photos of the shipping box.
Photos of the shipping label.
After reviewing your request, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Incorrect Personalization Submitted by Customer
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization details before placing an order.
Crafty Charms Studio LLC is not responsible for:
Misspelled names.
Incorrect dates.
Incorrect initials.
Incorrect colors selected.
Incorrect customization information submitted by the customer.
Orders will be produced exactly as submitted.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
6. Shipping Delays
Crafty Charms Studio LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
Customs
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. Lost Packages
If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, Crafty Charms Studio LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim whenever applicable.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for personalized products.
Eligible non-personalized products may qualify for an exchange only after inspection and approval.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
10. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to receive the package, or any customer-related reason, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
11. Return Authorization
Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from Crafty Charms Studio LLC.
If your return request is approved, the item must be shipped within 14 calendar days from the date the return authorization is issued.
Returns shipped after this period may be refused and returned to the sender.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Crafty Charms Studio LLC reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging or that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
12. Digital Mockups and Product Images
Product photos and digital mockups are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible.
Actual colors, finishes, and minor details may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the manufacturing process.
These normal variations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
